Winter is a great time to be outdoors! Please join us for a winter walk to a fung shui wood!
Fung shui woods are small patches of precious woodlands preserved at the back of villages which have been in existence for centuries. In the old days, traditional knowledge, beliefs and cultural practices by villagers protected and managed these woodlands collectively for mutual benefit and sustainable use of natural resources.
In this winter walk, our trained environmental interpreters will guide you through the fung shui woods of Pak Ngan Heung on Lantau and narrate on the unique value of these biocultural landscapes that reveal an ageless story of the connections between people and the natural environment.

- Please note that this is a Walking Guided Tour of about 3 hours duration in total.
- The Guided Tour will be conducted in Cantonese and English.
- Open to adults and children (aged 8 or above). Children must be accompanied by adults on the guided tour.
- Quota: 20 per session (Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis).
- The order of registration will be based on the submission time of the electronic registration form; successful registrants will receive individual email notifications.
- Pre-registration is required due to limited places. No walk-in participants are allowed.
